My daughter wanted get a phone because hers broke during or trip. Her children all use iPhones, she has been using Android forever. She wanted to change to a iPhone. The salesperson was extremely helpful. It went mostly well except their system was having problems.

Visitors are required to wait outside. Verizon "greeter" checks the visitor in and then brings people in one at a time. No social distancing spacers outside

Janet, in order for you to hear the directions through your car stereo you need to have the Bluetooth on your phone turned on and your car stereo mode set to Bluetooth mode. I would check your car owner's manual to make sure that your radio is Bluetooth ready and then set it to that mode. I hope this helps!
