Roof and gutter replacement after hail damage. At this point I’m still in the contract stage, so far no physical work has been started. However, I just want to say these guys have been awesome in the planning and financial steps to date. They worked directly with my insurance company, have always been on time for phone calls, appointments and follow ups and are just a real pleasure to work with. Work starts soon, I’ll come back and update once the work has been completed. Update! Work was completed during week of July 4. Total roof replacement and total gutter/downspout system replacement on 2600 sq ft, 2 story home. Excellent job! Work was completed quickly, a miscommunication about removing the old satellite dish from the roof was remedied within a couple days and it all came in as promised, financially, quality and completeness as agreed from day one. After 2 months all is working great and looks fantastic! Special shout out to Morgan who handled all of my questions and was always available with answers the same day I reached out to him. Great work Souther Premier Roofing, you are a model of service in times when that is difficult to find. I will gladly recommend your services to anyone!
