The advertising claim about doing work at "a loss if they must" unfortunately doesn't seem to be true. I was initially a pretty big fan, and I had the company come out to fix about $2000 of roofing related things and they neglected to fix a small 1.5 square of my roof that was without shingles - a pretty big oversight on the "fix all the problems" request. This wasn't in the estimate because the estimator didn't see it, which is forgivable, but this wasn't my oversight. (The estimator also didn't walk the whole roof). A painter later found the problem that would take about 30 minutes to fix. To come back and fix this small part they missed, two phone reps insisted on charging me a SECOND $450 minimum trip fee to come back. I would have gladly paid hourly or even half that price, but they wanted the minimum charged again for finishing the job, and they were completely unwilling to accommodate or even ask up the chain. Had they fixed it the first time this would have probably only been a $120 job (or even $250?) on top of the original number. Since they don't stand behind their work and the claim of their advertising does not seem to be true, I will find another roofing company.

I worked with Baker to replace my siding, install and repair several windows, and replace gutters around my house. The process was quick and painless - from the initial estimate to the actual work completion, it was all expertly managed and timely. A Project Manager was at my house every day to oversee work and keep me up to date with timeline expectations and any issues. Naturally, there were a couple of added expenses due to years of rot in an older home, but the Project Manager and Baker team were very helpful in proposing solutions and worked with me to help manage and reduce some additional costs. I never felt pressured to commit to any added cost at any time during the process. In particular, I am very appreciative of the two Project Managers that I primarily worked with - Josh Kelly and Jeb Powell. Our Salesman, Rob Holt, was extremely helpful throughout the process. Additionally, our window installers and window tech, Brian Altork, Oscar, and Ivan were great to work with. I would recommend this team, and Baker Roofing, to anyone looking to undertake an exterior home improvement project.

We have been in our house for 6 years. We've known for a bit that we would have to replace almost the entirety of the outside of our house. A lot of which was still original from 1993. We chose Baker for our project because this is our forever home. We needed to be sure the work was done right and that we wouldn't be worrying about it for years to come. We received a thorough inspection and quote from Andy Tart for siding, roof, windows and gutters. He was up front and honest the entire time. The crew did an amazing job replacing everything in a timely manner. With the amount of work we had to do, we were really impressed with everything. Project Manager Pete Mandic was extremely communicative and understanding with any of our concerns and questions.
