My sales rep was "Andy" and I could not have been more pleased with his assistance throughout the entire process. I also want to throw a shout out to "Nick" in service who assisted with the backhoe orientation. Although the wait for this purchase was long (supply chain issues), I was always kept in the loop with updated delivery times. Lastly, the tractor is performing flawlessly, exceeding my expectations.

I called to place an order for some lawn tractor parts and within moments the attended sent me an email of the full parts diagram. Together we selected all the correct parts needed to fix the lawn tracker. He asked if I needed a set of screws to attaching one of the components. I had not realized they were purchased separately which saved me a big headache. Pickup went well with one miner hitch that was resolved to my satisfaction. I definitely will be using them in the future as needed.

Ask for Mike Vic and you won't regret it. After an initial phone call I setup a day and time to have a couple of John Deere mowers brought to my place. This way I could feel the power difference. I tried the s240 and the d170. Mike helped explain the difference and I tried them out on my inclines. The d170 was the final choice. Mike was honest and upfront about all the costs. I found him through a reference from nextdoor and was not disappointed. I wish car buying was this way. If Mike wasn't going to make it on time he let me know as soon as possible. I know I'll go back when I'm ready for a tractor.
