My Family and I went to this Express location today to return something that was purchased back in November while at the same time to shop for some clothes, while during the checkout my brother-in-law had picked a brown sweater-jacket that had a discount ticket mark on the price tag, when the cashier ranged it up the price that came out was on full price. We had proceeded to try and explain that it was found on the rack that was labeled discounted plus it already had a discount ticket mark. The cashier proceeded to ask her manager if it could be honored but the manager said no. Before went into nursing I had worked I retail before (TJ Maxx in escondido) and was taught and saw that if any item was marked discounted or anything even if it was a mistake we would still honor it because it was our own fault. But apparently this store/company does not show the same respect/kindness to its customers for their own mistakes. The worst part of all was while trying to dispute this issue. Their manager at the time, Rosa had said to my brother-in-law in a mean and rude tone of voice while ringing up other costumers, "IF YOU DON'T WANT IT, DONT BUY IT." During my time in retail we were taught never to talk to costumers that way and in that tone regardless of the issue, we would either do our best to fix the problem or offer our apologies for what had happen but apparently not this manager and that is completely wrong not only as a leader in retail but as a human being. The only reason I give this 1 star is because the cashier, Monica had express her apologies and was careful in ringing up and explaining the rest of the transactions of our purchase.

I love the clothing here and I do have a Express Card. I don't find the Sales people helpful and They don't tell You about the "Special Pricing" unless You ASK. Don't Ask and You"lose"! I've gotten home and found an email I overlooked telling Me about it but it doesn't count as soon as You walk out of the Store. It's nice to be able to Return items bought Online in Store. But, I'm really disappointed about how many times I've missed out on getting items I'd love to have, but wasn't told about. Come On Express!

Can't find real man jeans in classic or loose fitting anymore. They have gone straight to skinny jean wimp town. I used to buy only express but as they fade away from comfy jeans I won't have a choice but to shop elsewhere.

There are plenty of clothing options to be found here for both men and women. The staff is both professional and helpful. The store is very organized and clean.
