Courteous, professional staff. Fast service. Had exhaust system repaired on my Ford Edge. Their price was very reasonable and final cost after work was done was actually a bit less expensive than their original quote. Would recommend Kirkwood Auto.

I like that it is a multi generational family owned business. They are an AAA designated service center; I had my car towed there, and they had a shuttle service which brought me to my son's place while my vehicle was in the shop. The price of the diagnosis was reasonable; and I would do business with them again!

I have purchased four sets of tires for three of my vehicles at Kirkwood Auto and find their pricing very competitive. The team there is very professional throughout the entire process from the initial quote to installation. My visit this trip was for a tire repair for which they took care of right away. Once repaired I was provided a detailed description of their findings and repair on each of the two tires I was having an issue with. Neither issue was related to a manufacturer defect or installation. I would highly recommend Kirkwood to anyone needing tires.

Please try to be a little more specific. If you're looking for the lowest price for everything only then this is not the place. With that being said, they are very competitively priced. If you want honest estimates, work, pricing, and help then this IS the place to go. Their customer service is courteous, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. At the time of my last alignment they had the lowest price by far. I bought a set of Continental DWS tires here at a good price and have free rotation. I needed to use my road hazard warranty once. I expected questions and a hard time. The toughest question I had was when can you come in? I'm looking for tires once again and priced them here and across the street. No comparison. The other place is a big chain store and on the surface appears cheaper until you look at the final out the door price. Buy it here. Get it done here. You won't be sorry.
