SAD ! Well 5 years ago I started using Brandon for service and repair for a pair of Sea Doo's. Last 2 years he had been doing repairs without my approval I'd show up and my bill was $200 - $300 more than expected. Last week he did it again . Ski was in for a pipe weld for 5 days usually a easy $200 job. This time bill came out to $400 because he said he found broken motor mounts. Really , but never mentioned it when he called 1 hr prior for pick up. Even Sadder ! i filled ski up before pipe job and got it home HALF EMPTY ! I called him out on it and he said they would never do something like that it must have a leak or something he said. Really I said I'm missing 7 gallons of gas on a ski that has been inside your shop all week? Funny how you found broken motor mounts but no fuel leak like maybe 7 gallons all over your shop floor ?? Beware , he has a nice salvage yard there and uses old parts as new . Sad, businesses will burn anyone when times are good. Sorry I had to post this Brandon but I gave you a chance to make it right and you chose otherwise.

5/2/22 update: Brandon from Havasu Watercraft reached out and I ended up receiving a full refund. Apparently a fraud attack had disabled one of their accounts, which caused the fulfillment issue. Original review: I had a similar experience to Jon McClure. I tried to order a component from this company, but did not receive any updates or tracking information for over 3 weeks. The part is no longer listed on their website and they are not answering their phone. I am currently trying to get my money back.

Brandon bent over backwards to help me with my superjet carbs and he had most of the upgrade parts I wanted in stock. He had to order the impeller I wanted and had it in my hands in 2 days. Superjet now runs amazing. Thank you very much to Brandon and all the guys at havasu watercraft!
