I had a wonderful experience at this store location on 15-501/Duham NC. My Salesman was very knowledgeable and has professional service skills in bringing my new cell phone back to 100% capacity.

They take a long time to attend, they do not have someone specifically to help you find what you are looking for or they do not help you at all, this is the worst place I have ever come across

I don't have a iphone.

We keep losing our connection with the server. It requests pass word even when we have recently been connected and it should know the password. What do you advise?
