Absolutely pleased with the service and the room. Much larger than I anticipated a couple minor plumbing issues that could be fixed fairly easily. Besides that I give this an A+ experience.

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: Hotel was under renovation and rooms not clean at all. Dead bugs found in my room!

Very disappointed. The area was nice. Places to eat and shop really close. But that's about it. Room was ok. Sofa bed mattress super uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. But sheets on bed some had small mysterious stains. Pool super small and super cold. Pool was dirty couldn't last much in it. Couldn't sleep do to loud neighbors. Called front desk never answered. Before checking in I wanted to pay for late check out. Something told me to ask again the next morning and nothing was done, Couldn't imagine the embarrassment of being knocked on at 11 instead of 12. At the end I ended up leaving early. Not worth what I payed.
