Very nice and clean rooms. Great pillows! The room service was nice and punctual. My only complaint would be that the 2 different ladies at the front desk that I dealt with were very smug and acted like they hated their job. Not nice to deal with and they seemed annoyed that they had to check me in.

I stayed with a couple friends for one night in June for a concert. I was impressed with how clean the rooms and public areas were, as well as the friendliness of the staff! Also, the breakfast was better than expected! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling through or going to a concert at the amphitheater.

The room was comfortable, had workout equipment in the room. Flat screen T.V. had messages to you from the front desk with greetings. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean, great bathroom set up with shampoo, conditioner and two types of body wash in the shower. Relaxing rainfall shower. I really wish there had been a microwave in the room. I will make sure I stay at these hotels when I travel.

Very clean and modern rooms. Decent pillows. The beds weren't the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel but I never really take that into consideration for reviews as everyone has different firmness preferences. Decent sized rooms with a good sized bathroom. Nice large TV in our room too. Convenient location is always great too. I was definitely surprised when we entered and saw how nice it was inside. I was expecting much less.

NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!We had to go downstairs into the restaurant and order or get room service (There are also plenty of restaurants outside of the hotel nearby..dine in places or fast food). But the Holiday Inn's on-site restaurant does have great breakfasts..from a create your own omelette, to pancakes, to lighter options. The breakfasts range from $6.95 (the pancakes being the cheapest but delicious...a stack of three large ones with a side of meat) to $12.95. The create your own omelette is also excellent and it goes for $8.95. You can also opt out of eating off the restaurant menu and pay $12.95 for the breakfast buffet (BUFFET ON SUNDAYS ONLY!!) which is everything that is on the menu+more items like waffles and biscuits and gravy. But in all honesty its cheaper to order from the restaurant because if all u want is pancakes, youre paying $12.95 for them at the breakfast buffet, as opposed to the $6.95 for them on the menu. So again...NO continental breakfast at all.
