Black mold on ceiling in room, made me sick. Front desk staff was helpful about changing rooms but Manager John Hosey was not very accommodating given I now have sinus infection and have been sick ever since I stayed there. Also, loud teenagers partying and preparing drugs in the hallway on the weekend.

Not super impressed. I was put in a handicapped room for the first night which the hot water in the shower barely got warm, not the room I reserved but it was the only room left. Came back later in the evening to find ants everywhere. Bathroom, sink, climbing up the walls, on the nightstand and in the bed. They put me in another room which was much better!!! Hot water worked, no ants and oh, don't get the room that is next to the pool. Pool is open 24hrs and screaming kids were in it really late and super early. But they did have a nice gym and breakfast!

My stay was TERRIBLE. When I checked in and entered the room, the countertop was filthy… lol me it was time to shower, the showers were covered in mold, YES you read right Mold. When I contacted the front desk, they sent a manager up and he said it was moisture not mold. I said where do you think mold come from, MOISTURE duh. Later that day he had someone come paint over the mold. Of course that didn’t work, it seeped right through the paint. The manager stated that he’ll give me half off my stay. Next problem was when I went to lay in bed, my pillow case was covered in a black substance. I have no clue what it was… fast forward to check out, the manager stated that I wasn’t getting anything off of my room, he said I put hair dye over the pillow that’s why it was black…. Moral of the story, NEVER stay here.

Front desk staff is exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. For this reason alone, I would consider staying at this location again. It is evident that this is an older facility; however, there is effort to maintain Marriott standards.
