Very honest. I have had a great experience here. They were incredibly nice when speaking on the phone. Had a knocking noise that I thought was going to be something major and decided to try a different mechanic then my usual, and so glad I did. Turns out my other mechanic didn't tighten my lug nuts all the way and my tire was about to fall off. And when I had muffler work at said other mechanic they never put the heat shield back into place. I have had work done since then and no one ever mentioned any of these problems, but Essigs did and fixed all of these problems quickly. So if u are looking for a place of good value and honesty this is the place for you. I will no longer have to worry if I'm getting good work done. Thank you so much Essigs.

This is the best service station in Berks County period. They fixed our Jeep for lass than half of what the dealer wanted to charge. They keep our 20 year old Toyota and 18 year old Mercedes in like new working condition. Simply THE BEST!
