If I could give this place 0 stars i would. They are owned by a large management company yet and have the money to take care of the problems yet they don’t. I have been here for a few months, they charge people different prices for the same room, and when I moved in almost nothing in my apartment worked and they do very little about it. Everyone in the office and the maintenance man quit because of how terribly everything is ran, and we were without a maintenance man for almost two months. I have had centipedes enter my room, and there are fleas outside. They claim to spray for them every two weeks, yet somehow my dog keeps getting them. They charge me extra fees and they don’t even know what they’re for. Everyone in the office is extremely rude for no reason and unhelpful. Don’t move here .

They don’t spray. They ever complete maintenance request. They will move you into an incomplete unit Parking is terrible. Office is terrible worst apartment I have ever lived in by far. I never leave reviews I normally just take my lose but just to help someone else don’t move into this complex not worth a dime. Even management is terrible

I hope this review can help somebody and NOT move here!! If I could give this place zero stars then I would. Looks are very deceiving. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors entire conversation and also them having intercourse. Ciara the manager is very rude. Your rent is not the same every month they always magically find something you owe that month, something is always falling apart in the apt. Mold is in the apartments but apparently you'll sign something in the lease saying their would be mold in the apt. These apartments are just poorly built for the price they want, you can find something better in the area. Being homeless is probably a better option than living here, that's how horrible these apartments are.

Do not live here at any cost. Worst apartment experience of my life. Everything looks nice and fancy but it's all cheap, fake, and easily broken. The walls are paper thin and I can hear EVERYTHING all of my neighbors are doing at any given moment. The office workers are rude and always act like they are far too busy for anything you have to say unless it's to give them money. Maintenance is a joke. Couldn't use my shower for 3 days after a leaky pipe (that they supposedly fixed just before we moved in) caused the ceiling in the shower to fall in. Had no AC for 3 days in the middle of July because someone apparently had tampered with the units to steal the wiring. And the overhead fan in the bedroom has been broken at no fault of my own and since the maintenance guy supposedly can't fix it, they want to charge me $200 to replace the fan. There is very little parking and you are likely to have a tree fall on your car like my roommate did due to neglecting trimming by the apartment complex and they still refused to pay for damages. One year in this dump has felt like five and I cannot wait to leave and never look back. Do not live here.

This was a long time ago that you posted this but yes I am having major problems AGAIN with this company please contact me.
Yes they do not fix anything they dont return your calls the hall ways are nasty and smell horrible the doors are hollow fan in the bathroom never turns off wr have mice..we see people moving in and moving out every day. They moved me into a dirty apt i have been trying to get out of here but they are giving me bad references and i have never been late one time on my rent. These are not luxury apts their more like section 8 .
Not sure about the deposit, but the floors are not actually hardwood, but a cheaper fake wood. In my unit the bedrooms were carpeted.
