Washer didn't work so lost my soap had to move to another washer dryers didn't dry worth anything I spent way too much money trying to dry simple clothes and the laundry attendant was more worried about smoking and playing video games and he was attending to the laundry if you use a drop off service at this location please note that your laundry is sitting in the middle of the dirty floor with people trampling all over it I had to clean off my own area to be able to fold my clothes half of them being wet because I wasn't going to spend any more money if you have a laundry attendant you shouldn't have a dirty laundromat

There's hardly any working dryers you often have to wait with your wet clothes if it's busy for one to free up as there's more working washers than dryers, spending more time there than necessary. From my most recent experience a ROACH crawled across the floor and under a washer, the washer did not wash my clothes right, half my clothes were dry pulling them out. I saw the roach on my way to sit down from putting half dry clothes in the dryer and said oh that is disgusting and took my wet clothes out and left to go to the one on Frankfort and Ewing. Next time I'll just go there first and just pay more for the convenience and CLEANLINESS. owner should be ashamed.

I go there to do my laundry. Their drop off service is very popular and they've extended their hours during the week to make it easier to go there after work. The only complaint is the sheer number of dead dryers. When it is very busy on the weekends, it can be a challenge to get a dryer, and it doesn't look good to have so much dead equipment.

I have been using the Laundry Basket for several years and have been particularly pleased with the new ownership. However, this evening was a bad experience. I called ahead to confirm that the last wash was accepted at 6:30pm and told they generally like to close by 8pm. I arrived a little after 6, put my 2 loads of pre-sorted laundry directly in the machines, set my phone alarm and walked out to my car to sit. Before my wash cycle was even complete, the attendant came out and tapped on my car hood and motioned toward the building. Obviously, she was in a hurry to leave. So, I made a point to check my clothes in the dryer as soon as I thought they might be dry (before the timer went off) and fold only what was needed. But, before I could even get this done the same attendant began turning out the lights (where I was trying to see to fold my clothes.) I grabbed my things and left but, decided I should say something and went back in to tell her that I thought they should stick to the hours they advertise. She was very dismissive and rude and then practically rushed out the door right behind me. After arriving there a few minutes past 6pm we both pulled out of the parking lot about 7:25pm. I don’t think I could have completed my business there any faster. This was all really disappointing because I had conversations with this same attendant previously and found her to be very friendly. I want to feel good about going in this place but, I think if you advertise that you’re open until 8pm you shouldn’t be turning out the lights and rudely rushing people out the door at 7:15pm. I work retail, too, and this is bad business.
