I had my car break down on the way home from work and towed it to BMW of Reading. Without an appointment they worked me in and had my car ready to go 24 hours later. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The service was second to none. Not something you see a lot of these days. I honestly don't think I could find the right words to express what an amazing experience my husband and I had purchasing our 2021 GMC Acadia through BMW of Reading. We are sanitizing the vehicles and everyone in customer areas are wearing masks. The customer areas are all set-up for social distancing practices. Everyone here is sensitive to ensuring that all customers are comfortable and sanitizing to keep everyone safe.
