The real problem was lint buildup in the bottom of the machine. And I was told that Sears doesn't clean out lint. So I had to hire somebody else to do that.

I contacted Sears as I needed my washing machine to be serviced. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Both the staff member who assisted me to set-up the appointment and the service worker were professional and kind. I will definitely reach out to them in the future if the need is to arise!

We had a tech come out to fix our washer and dryer. Our dryer was overheating and the heating element was bad. After the tech came we attempted to use the dryer that night. No heat! So now my clothes weren’t drying at all. We called the 1-800 number to have someone come back out. It was like jumping through hoops to try to talk to someone and we kept getting transferred. Finally after speaking to someone the soonest they could have someone come out was a week later! Absolutely horrible service. We immediately cancelled our home appliance insurance and are looking for a better quality business. I highly DO NOT recommend!

* Technician 0111112 was awesome! My mother in law was here for the appointment as I couldn’t take off work last minute and she had nothing but nice things to say We had a disastrous appointment with a different tech this past Monday technician 0516617 so having a courteous technician today was a breath of fresh air. He explained what he did and how to continue having our washing machine run smoothly Please thank technician 0111112 Monday’s technician 0516617 raised his voice at me, I asked him to pls lower it, then he yelled at me accusing us of having done something with the water line that goes to the washing machine. I did ask him to stop yelling at me yet he continued to be very rude and condescending and wouldn’t finish the service to completion. It got to the point I was no longer comfortable and had to ask him to please leave my property. Technician 0516617 name is Glen and should really work on his customer service skills especially when entering customer homes and in this case I as a woman was home alone
