Brought our used Passat to this store for scheduled maintenance items. Pleasant experience setting up appointment, intake and fulfillment. Car was finished earlier than promised. I take exception to this store's use of third party additives and service chemicals- this is not revealed until you pick up your vehicle and I would have appreciated the opportunity to opt out of their use as it added an additional $259 to a $614 invoice.
