i just wanna say i’ve been eating at chipotle for years. always loved it. but today was the worst experience i’ve ever had. i walked in and checked the price for a steak bowl… ten dollars. ridiculous. but it’s fine inflation i get it. so i processed to order and a lady with a red hijab was very rude. not welcoming at all. whatever so i ordered a steak bowl with white rice. first of all the rice didn’t even fill the bottom of the bowl. second she started to put the steak in… the portion i got was unreal. she scooped it and then poured out half it and then put it in my bowl. then she went back and scooped again grabbing one individual singular piece of steak. i’m sorry but what is that going to do. if chipotle is going to up their prices they should have better portion distribution. i don’t care if the girl was new either. people go out and buy food from places to get a filling meal not to be hungry after they eat. never going back there again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Pre-ordered my meal online so that I didn’t have to wait in line, showed up 15 minutes after my meal was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t sitting on the shelf. Then I had to wait in line because the cashier was busy ringing people up. I had to cut a customer off while she was being checked out because I was tired of waiting for the cashier. The cashier told me to wait, but someone behind her noticed I was not happy and grabbed my food for me. Will never order from this chipotle again.

I usually do not go to the Crestwood location but decided to treat myself after work for my Birthday. The restaurant was out of chips first off, but that wasn’t the issue. The time was a little after 8pm, now mind you the restaurant closes at 10pm and yes, they had multiple employees on duty. The food that was on the serving line looked old and you could literally see the food had been sitting there for a while. Nothing fresh was being prepared as the grill had been cleaned which obviously they did not want to cook and have to reclean it. When I brought this to the employees attention, he gave me a look of confusion like almost how dare I call out the lack of fresh food being served. He then went and got the shift manager and after he was made to see the realization of what I was pointing out, he admitted that some of the food had definitely been sitting except for the chicken which he claimed was fresh. In closing, after taking a chance and consuming what I bought, it is a decision that I regret as the food did not taste anything like the Chipotle’s I have grown to enjoy so I will not be patronizing this location again. Clueless employees…clueless managers.

To start I love chipotle food but this was bad. I have never received anything so awful from chipotle before. I ordered a burrito bowl veggie with a side of guacamole and chips and a drink. When it was delivered I have no drink the guacamole on the burrito bowl and in the cup completely brown I mean dark brown. I’ve been trying to call them to at least get a refund on the drink and nobody answers the phone I’ve been trying for like 10 minutes. I don’t recommend Crestwood restaurant at all. The one in Tinley Park is much much better.

Running out of food is racist?? I feel bad that someone taught you to go through life feeling that every little thing that happens is based on race. True, that particular store is run fairly poorly.
