I placed an order two weeks ahead for my family and I to have on thanks giving dinner and I was really excited that I ordered a whole feast for the family. The food was great but was very upset that a lot of the foods I ordered were out already and the portions they gave me weren’t even the portions I ordered. What’s the point in having an option to order ahead of time and taking down credit card information information if you all are not going to have the foods available that were ordered! I rarely ever give a place a bad review but this place deserves it. Came here a second time to give this place the benefit of the doubt and will definitely not be returning. The food is sloppily thrown together and the piece of chicken and cake I was given was TINY. Definitely not worth the $15 spent on it! I wish I would’ve checked it before I drove all the way home, cus I would’ve got my money back. And don’t let me get started on the customer service, TERRIBLE. Word of advice: don’t let the fat lady with the bad wig and even worse attitude prepare your food because she will mess it up and skimp you on the food (probably hoarding it for herself to take home after work) You might as well walk right on out if you see her preparing your plate.Thank you Bersal for your feedback. .
