Joey in appliances was a great help. I purchased a washer and dryer on sale with the delivery cost removal cost etc. The price for both was right under 2600.

We have ordered a outdoor fireplace and grill. When they made a delivery, which we paid separately for, the order of bricks was missing. When we went there to complain, we were told to pay for additional delivery. I asked to speak with a manager but he turned out to be very impolite, unprofessional and even discriminatory. His name was Anthony (when asked, he refused to provide his full name). We couldn't believe that he tried to make us pay second time for delivery which we have already paid for. We are going back on Monday to talk to a higher manager. I hope he/she will demonstrate a proper customer service skills and solve the issue. I also filed a complain with Menards corporate office, hope this helps. For this kind of behavior he should be fired on the spot, period. We are super disappointed.
