I went to Jeff a couple of months ago because my passenger door panel was catching and door wouldn't open. The panel was catching because the tape had came loose. He retaped the panel and did a good job on it. Very professional work. Well now my door is catching again and I called him to talk about a discussion we had about the rocker panel needing to be replaced. When I called I said my name and the work he had done for me and that my door was catching again. He never called back so I decided to go up there. First thing he said was I got your phone call, but there's nothing I can do for you. Then said that when you picked the car up me and another guy seen you pull the panel loose from the tape and immediately put it back when I walked up. I told him I didn't pull the tape loose and put it back I simply was just checking the work he did to make sure the tape was sticking it didn't come lose. I was there to discuss the rocker panel replacement cost and he assumed that I was blaming the door catching on the work he did being bad and was defending his work saying I pulled it loose. I won't be going back in the future. His work maybe good but his attitude isn't and doesn't run the business like a peofessional. A call back to discuss things would've been the professional way of handling it.
