Just sending a review to Adam, Ian, Kamy and team. All shops were full until End of April early May. From the moment I called and spoke with Ian, this team got me in, assessed the damaged and kept me up to date until my car was fully repaired. Thank you! Car looks great and I appreciate you all trying to work with my uncooperative insurance adjuster on some of the serious issues that I brought to his attention and ignored. I am definitely going to use this shop again, hopefully not for the same reason, but if that’s what happens, then I have go to. Jay

Had sundamage on my truck on the box on both sides. Just a sand and spray job . When they got through with it it looked worse. You could see the sanding marks and left it looking wavy Down both sides. Addressed this with owner and he said there is no way to change shape of metal by sanding it. Which is not true. He then said they couldn’t have done it because they didn’t do any body work but later in conversation he said they fixed a dent for free. Which is body work. So I said which is it? You just said you didn’t do any body work. He replied, “ don’t condescend to me.” Anyhow, it was apparent he wasn’t going to take responsibility for the substandard work. I asked him if he was proud of the work. I own a business and if something isn’t right with my customers I own up and make it right. So if your looking for Less than mediocre work with unpleasant customer service , I would recommend this place.

I would 10/10 recommend!! Not only were they very welcoming upon first entering the establishment, they get work done in a very timely manner which anyone can appreciate! I got my mustang hood repainted and my car looks phenomenal now. Thanks to you all! The service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning if I need anything else done!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Maaco in Denton. Lane and the owner of this business were nothing shy of the best. Professional, on time, helpful, and sent me pictures of updates. They did a phenomenal job on painting my truck, and have earned a customer for life.
