The sales team here is the WORST I've ever dealt with. Karla is never available to talk during regular business hours and she's the only one who can give quotes. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a place to hold an event.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for a guest. The mattress had lots of cotton balls and they didn't have a matress cover on it. Something bit my son and left 3 huge welts on his foot and 1 on his side. On our last night I was bit by something on my leg and it swoll up.

Everyone here has been very nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and big. The bartender Joshua is great at his job and knows of the places to eat at and is also very helpful. Debbie at the front desk has also been very helpful and great to deal with.

Room was not worth the price. We booked a king suite for two adults and a toddler. There was only one nightstand. I called the front desk to inquire, and apparently all rooms only have one nightstand by the bed. Makes zero sense. We had to move a side table from the front sitting area, and crawl under the bed to plug in my phone charger. Not ideal. Second, the couch was very dirty. We had to ask for a blanket just to feel like we could sit on it. The tissue box had three left in it before running out. The toilet paper holder fell off anytime you tried to use it. They should be taking more care to make sure the room is properly stocked. They gave us two towels for three people. The only nice thing I can say about this stay was that the breakfast was pretty decent.
