Went last night for dinner at the bar . Nice service but there were fruit flies everywhere and got into my drink twice and we were literally swatting them away constantly . Makes me wonder about other sanitary issues . I eat here regularly and was very disappointed with the cleanliness . Bartender was nice and apologetic but this needs to be addressed . Really unsanitary .

Overall 3/5. Old town Scottsdale location Quality/food safety issues. 2/5 on that category. Front Staff is friendly and attentive. 4/5 on this category. Last order from Aug 2022 had quality issues with sashimi, and rolls. Sashimi was not sushi quality, dried up…poor cuts of fish and some of the rolls were cut 1/4 thickness an were obviously half of the thickness of other pieces (see photos). Does not meet quality I would expect from a relatively premium priced sushi restaurant. Sometimes they are great other times they are a total hit or miss like this most recent time. I will try out other sushi places before returning here.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. While the food and drinks were good I feel like this place is going down hill a little. We will for sure come back just not as often.
