Scott Ford was our construction manager for our backyard project. Scott is very professional. He also has excellent people skills and we knew we were in good hands with Scott. He would get back to us anytime we had questions or concerns and find a way to solve any issues. He his also hard working and very reliable. It was a pleasure working with him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for pool service. They are one of the most expensive pool companies and have terrible customer services. They also have huge delays for projects and take forever to complete a project. Stay away from big companies like this one. There are so many smaller pool companies in AZ that can save you money plus you are contributing to a small business owner

Trevor came out to help upgrade my Omni system and I mentioned the pool hadn’t been cleaning properly. I have a blue plaster floor so dirt is easy to see. He noticed the main in floor filter valve was turned off so dirt wasn’t being sucked out of the pool. My weekly pool service company never thought to check the valves despite routinely seeing pockets of dirt. Kudos to Trevor for solving my issue as well as checking my pool filters. Much appreciated!

Nightmare. We've heard all of CP's excuses...covid, supply chain, can't find good workers...well then stop taking on new business! It took 11 months to water (promised 4-5 months) -- imagine mud in your yard for a YEAR! The project manager Scott....incompetent and tells contractors "we're the pain in the **s". Dig/rebar too low, plumbing/skimmers too high, spa heater in backwards. 22 pages of detailed notes for anyone curious. Can't anyone do anything right??? NOW, plumbing is backwards. They promised plumbers to fix it today and as expected another no show. Let's also talk about the $4,000 in equipment (SPA programmer and SPA UV) not delivered and no dates. UV was expected in October??? We fought to not pay in full until completion - but NO, they refused to do pebble tech until paid in FULL. Now we have to continue to call, chase, complain. Save yourself a year or more of H**L and use another company. Don't believe anything they say. Be ready for broken promises. You have no leverage. Oh - and not one, repeat NOT one contractor did the job right. Everything had to be redone at least once. Substandard, regretting the whole experience.
