Over 20 minutes in line to get 20 dry shriveled lukewarm chicken nuggets, 1 regular fries 1 diet coke and 1 plain hamburger. Very few ice cubes in my drink which melted right away and the hamburger pattie was barely warm. I realize they were trying to train in the both of the order and delivery sections. When the trainee went to give me my change he dropped it in my hand from high up to not make contact. Terrible experience and I will not repeat it.

Dirty, filled garbage with abandon trash throughout. The floors are all slick with grease or too much soap. Leadership appears rude and short with staff leading to a breakdown in service. Food is ok.

Used the drivethru last night to get dinner for myself and my 2 kids. After pulling forward, I waited 20 minutes & watched 7 cars behind me get their food & leave. Parked, went inside and the manager brought my order (3 items) to the counter- no explanation or apology for the wait. I asked what was going on because it wasn't busy inside the restaurant, only one person was sitting down to eat. The manager said they were short staffed. When I got back to my car, one item was missing & other items in the bag weren't what I ordered. So I went back in again & had to wait. A man approached the counter next to me and asked "how was your service?" & said that items were missing in his order too. I will never go back to this location. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere but it doesn't excuse carelessness or make it ok that we waited 35 minutes for "fast" food.

I gave this McDonald's a bad review two months ago because the service was horrendous. I went back there today and was shocked by the change. The service was fast, my food was fresh, they didn't mess up my order, and the staff were very friendly. This was actually my first time being in the driver's seat while going through a drive through, and I'm anxious around new people so I was worried. My mom wanted me to be the one doing the talking since I needed the experience. The employee who gave me my food made these worries go away. I had to wait about one or two minutes, he asked me how I was doing but it didn't seem like it was just a formality, it was like he actually wanted to know. Maybe he could see my anxiety or he was like that with everyone, I can't say for sure. Anyway, he was a really positive guy. He almost spilled some hot tea on himself, I told him getting burned is bad for your health and then he told me a little about how he spilled coffee on his hand and had to go to the hospital. Just that short one or two minute exchange meant a lot to me because I'm only just now learning to drive and this is my first time being the one driving in a drive through. If that guy is reading this, you know who you are, I have a little bit to say to you. I was pretty filled with anxiety and your positivity caught me off guard at first but overall I really enjoyed that short exchange. Thank you for a good experience. It was small, but I think this will contribute a little to helping me break out of my shell. It would be wrong of me to give anything less than five stars.
