You will be in the drive-thru for at least 30 minutes. Avoid if you are on any sort of schedule. I spent a half hour during lunch rush and watched only 4 cars make it through and get food between 12:00 and 12:30. Honestly saw more cars drive off in frustration (myself included) than get served. How this place is still in business is beyond me, if they can't even serve 5 people during lunch.

Went there for lunch. Nothing was a it should be. No sprite in the soda dispenser, ordered a fish sandwich and after paying for it I went to the pickup parking space and the lady that took my order comes out and says they have no fish. I had to settle for a chicken sandwich with no extras because they wanted to charge me extra for the spicy chicken sandwich. In my opinion the worst customer service ever. Never going back to the Germantown location.

I don't do reviews at all because I try to understand people's situations. But its quite common sense that when you receive an order online, you make the food and put it all together to await it's driver to deliver it. So, I'm not really going to make this a big issue but c'mon BK employees. A MEAL COMES WITH A DRINK! How did you hand a meal to the delivery driver knowing it is a meal and yet allowed it to leave your store with no drink? I'm confused.

THIS IS THE WORSE BURGER KING I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took one bite and almost broke my teeth!!! The burger was so black burnt, rock hard and ice cold!! I should call the Health Dept on them. And the web site doesn’t even have a phone number for this establishment to complain! I will NEVER go here again.
