I'm 90% Positive that you have to go to WALMART, purchase a Gift Card and put Money on it at the same time. I don't think that you can put Money on a Gift Card and Purchase it on the phone, but if you already have a Gift Card, most of the time you can add MONEY to a Gift Card over the phone, and it also depends on which Gift Card that you want because WALMART sells alot of different types of Gift Cards.

This is certainly due to the fact that this Walmart, and most others, are completely messed up. Walmart clearly does not care about you (ie it's customers) or your safety. Once Walmart's customers walk out the door, the customer is no longer Walmart's problem. This is why I refuse to shop at any Walmart...
