I would not recommend US Bank to anyone. I deposited a check I didnt know had a stop payment on & was treated like a criminal . I hadnt even tried to withdraw the money. My account was locked out. I couldn't get my funds in my account for over 2 weeks. Calls not returned to me etc. Then they forced my account closed due to that one check. When I went to get the money they handed me a check. When I asked to cash it they said you dont have an account here. I said OMG you closed my account. Teller said it would cost me $7.00 to cash check of money taken from them closing my account. US BANK IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ! I worked in banking fir years & their policies & fees are the absolute worst.Hello Kathy, I'm sorry to hear of the service you received after your account was closed.
