It's the worst bank for sending money to another country. Definitely I will not recommend dcu. They steal $600 and some thing for noting. They lost my money for 3 weeks, and never give me a answer where my money was..the worst.

Very disappointed. You turn off your ATM on the inside of the building so you keep social distance. But if a customer is standing at the ATM and using it they are 6ft from the other customer that are entering the building for there appointments. For this I'll be switch banks. Your so far the only bank to do it not happy

Just moved here from Florida, picked this bank because it was extremely convenient for the location. Was looking for a car loan, and they were extremely helpful! I was able to get approved even though I had a unique circumstance. The staff was friendly and helpful! I recommend asking for Cinthia, she helped me with the step by step process and is a wonderful person! I’m happy with my new choice of bank. And their hours are really helpful to the working community!
