We used Luis for our medium doodle and it was an awful experience. This was our dog's 4th time with Luis, and this time he ended up in the ER with 10+ stitches. Our dog is calm and has been praised by vets, groomers, and dog sitters for being a sweet, gentle boy that loves everyone. Luis brought him to our door and said "there was an accident, you should go to the hospital", with a 4-5inch laceration on his chest, and covered in blood. It looked as if he was a stuffed animal that was sliced open. We rushed him to the nearest animal hospital, and the vets and support staff were horrified. They commented on our dog's calm demeanour, and that it looked like shears were used improperly on my dog. They said it was disgusting negligence, and that any decent groomer should know better than to use scissors that way. After many stitches, anesthesia, pain medication, and bed rest, we were sent home to return in a couple of weeks to check the wound. Luis checked in once or twice via text on that day, but we felt it was inadequate given the severity of the injury that he caused. I am beyond heartbroken and disgusted that our sweet dog was subjected to this. I am fearful that he is traumatized and that finding a groomer that we will feel safe with will be a long journey as he recovers both physically and mentally from the harm inflicted on him.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! I had an 11am grooming appointment and nobody showed up. Called the company an hour later and they said that they were going to call the groomer, Destiney, to find out and that they would call me back. No callback from them so I called again after 20 minutes to find out that the groomer's van broke down and that she wasn't going to come at all. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know about the situation, I had to be the one to call them and find out!

I only eat one thing form here chicken fried steak and biscuits. I'm sure everything else is good, but I love that chicken fried steak.
