Was so disappointed! I wanted long acrylic coffin shaped neon orange nails and didn’t get what at all what I asked for not to mention I made an appointment and was on time. Matter of fact was about 20min early and had no problem waiting since I was ahead of appointment and nail lady, I’ll keep name to myself, still rushed through my appointment. Instead of getting what I wanted she totally ignored my request. She gave me gel x instead of acrylic set said it would last longer nails were coming off 2nd day of my carnival cruise vacation. I wanted long nails were short. I want coffin she cut tip off of cat shaped press on and called it coffin. I chose a neon orange she said color was old and chose another orange that looked like a autumn orange color. I was charged $55 I was so unsatisfied with color I went back following day to get neon color and let her know how unhappy I was with my nails and that I pretty much paid for the nails she wanted me to have and not what I had in mind or requested and still charged me $15 to take off color and repaint them. I don’t get my nails done all the time just for special occasions bc it’s so expensive so I was super disappointed when I paid $70 for something I didn’t even request. I’m not one to take advantage of peoples work especially if it’s their bread and butter but, it’s upsetting to spend that much and not get what you asked for. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK ANYMORE!

My pedicure was pure trash the tech was rude the scrubbing sponge was dull. I didnt get a leg massage. The tech didn't know how to do design so I had to wait for another lady. I sat there while she sprayed the tub with lysol aerosol spray and got it on my legs. I asked for a specific design but got something totally different. I will NEVER go there again

My first time going and last time. first I was told a pedicure was 19 dollars. Sorry didn't get the name of the lady that did my nails but she looked some what young. She kept trying to sale me a treatment for a nail that is turning a dark color she wanted to ch awwww the me $45 dollars I said no thank you. So whole doing my pedi I told her I wanted French tip when about to apply the color she said it was 10 dollars more I said I have never herd of that before so I said forget it just put me any color. She was persistent about me getting the French tip. At this point I was upset already when done she charged me 20 dollars for my pedi I left really unhappy. I will never go back there nor recommend anyone here.
