I had a grooming appointment set for what I thought was 9 am. When I arrived it said to enter through the back. There are signs that say grooming is at 9:30 but the door was open. I called out several times because there was a cat and I was holding my one year old and my dog on leash. Then a dog came out off leash. The blond lady arrived and when I asked her to please get her dog, she tells the dog, “don’t worry Ill get her out of the store” and yells in my face to get out, shooing me away with her hands, down the stairs, WHILE I HAVE MY BABY IN MY ARMS!!! I assume this is the owner and as a small business owner myself I prefer to support mom and pop shops, but I was so surprised at her behavior I couldn’t even speak. Shame on you lady! I will never go back to that store.
