I haven't even gone in. I called hoping to have my dog go in because I was told that this was the place to go, but whomever answered the phone seemed to want nothing to do with me. She drug out her words unenthusiastically and I could hardly understand her. Then when I asked if I could get a nail trim for my dog, she told me to go to PetSmart or the vet. PetSmart is pretty expensive and I'd rather not take my pup to the vet because she hates the vet (like most dogs do). But maybe I will take her to the vet, at least they are kind to me and my pup.
