Yes in the big shelter are away from the playground.Also by the bathroom and I believe under the shelter by the pool or on the pool building.They always have those inflatable jumpers (which require power) there a lot.

Yes The Park Is Open & Free To The Public.. There is a Very Nice Playground for the kids as well to enjoy. Just like most parks if you have a dog please have them on a leash & as always please pick up afterwards like myself and most responsible pet owners do.. I do believe all the city parks provide bags for said mess. Enjoy..

Yes they have resurfaced the courts, they are the best courts in town in my opinion and yes they are free to use

Kids 5 and under are $1, 6-17 are $2, and adults 18+ are $3

There's a pool at Loin's Park and yes u have to pay to get into that, but the park itself is free.

It's a park for everyone not just kids, as for smoking i would check the signs at the park to see what is allowed, as it js there are people that park there a d drink and people tbat allow tbeir dogs to run around witbout leashes, so i imagine people do what they want there
