Went on a Saturday, midday and there wasn't a wait. We had a large party and we were seated in an area away from other customers. It was a nice atmosphere and not a lot of noise so we could talk and socialize with each other with "indoor voices" and hear what the others were saying. Waitress was great and efficient and food was delicious!

Used to be one of the best restaurants in the mall area. Sad to say it has gone downhill. Multiple seats with issues. Company changed the potato soup recipe to equal cheese soup garnished with potatoes. Medium well burger equals well done and crunchy edges. Well done burger equals charcoal. Only good thing about the experience was Matt our waiter. He was understanding and courteous. They have went downhill. Wanted the prime rib. New menu got rid of the prime rib, asparagus, and no horseradish anymore. Ordered the ribeye. Steak was unevenly cooked due to it being beaten with a meat tenderizer. Supposed to be bone in. No bone. Also they charge for a Caesar salad now.

Food and service overall was great. Would give 5 stars except my girlfriend ordered the Lousiana steak medium rare and it was the rarest steak I have ever seen. She didn't neccesarily mind too much but only ate half to take the rest home and finish cooking it. I had the butter drizzled fried chicken, baked potato and Caesar salad. They were all delicious. The kids had chicken tenders and fries and they gobbled it up. Overall really good food. Kids food was only 99 cents each and the staff was friendly and took care of us quickly. Would be 5 stars if not for the very undercooked steak. I didn't think to take a pic after the cut unfortunately.
