Food is okay! But the last few times I’ve been here my coffee was cold. I let the waitress know and she made a fresh pot. When she brought another cup out to me it was also cold. She ask how the coffee was and I said it was also cold. She said it must be the coffee machine because they been having trouble with it lately. Get a new coffee machine, customers like their coffee hot!! This is the Bob Evans across from Huntington Mall in WV.

Waiter was great but the food had very poor quality. The honey glazed chicken was so dry my Husband had to ask for gravy to put on it & was charged extra for the gravy. My Fiesta chicken platter was plated horribly. No tortilla chips. Cold large chunks of avocado on top. To make things even worse we choose your restaurant for my Husband's Birthday. Very disappointed. Feel we should be compensated in some way.

Dinner tonight was very good and delivered right on time. However there were no eating utensils and no napkins. Also, this is our second order from them in the last two weeks (different locations in different states) and they do not appear to include butter with rolls or bisquits.
