If I could leave Zero stars I would. This company is the definition of corrupt and continues to extort its local community. I want some explanation. How does my power bill go from $150-$200 a month all the way up to $1,900.00? Tell me how that makes sense when we use the same amount month after month? This organization is in bed with the commie corrupt representative of the state of California. Absolutely disgusting and someone should do something about it. I’ve spoken to countless members in my community that are telling me the same things happening to them. And how? I don’t know. Consistently they side step around answering any questions on the support line, while also not following the rules and regulations when it comes to community safety. Just remember this company needs to make up for losses due to the annual fires they start. They need to be investigated by federal authorities as there is no explanation for how they can continue to do this to the community and people who are already struggling to live under this authoritarian dictatorship and this ongoing inflation crisis. Absolutely ridiculous. They will get what’s coming to them one way or another.

i receive information for receiving a free portable backup battery for my medical device. i have contacted sce many times and they just gave me the runatound.and i haven't received any help in resolving this problem.what now ? it's important that i have a back up battery. i question if this offer is only a phony. my life is important to me. beware if you call them.

I have called the customer service number. It asks me to put in my address and phone number. Then the recording starts all over again and you cannot get anyone. Because the recording just keeps repeating itself. This is pathetic. I am trying to see if my tenant put the utilities in their name . This should be simple. What the hell is the problem with this company

Had great service from Edison today. They came out within an hour of my call and took care of a downed power line. I know the company gets a bad wrap but the employees are top notch, hard working and super friendly.
