The agent couldn't be bothered to leave his chair at the back of the shed type office to talk to us because he was "resetting" his computer. After trying to communicate from outside the room we left and went to the more expensive but much more professional Enterprise down the street. Update: LOL, can't be bothered to read the review, either? We LEFT due to the disinterested service, so there's nothing to look up.

This place is awful. I rented a car and the engine cap fell off - so I brought it in. The guy at the desk started accusing me of hitting something, then accused me of letting someone else drive it, then said I would be liable. Then he started getting in my face and trying to fight me. I'm not kidding, it sounds like something out of a bad movie. The guy working at Avis tried to fight me. Other customers came and the employee started behaving better and apologizing. He then got me a new car once he realized I had purchased full coverage insurance. We took this car to Disney Land. Then when we tried to leave Disney Land, at midnight, the car wouldn't start. We tried calling Avis for help but they wouldn't help us, or give us a time when the tow truck would come. I was with my girlfriend in the middle of the night - I told them I had to leave the car and take an Uber home, and they said I was liable for the car if I left it and didn't wait for a tow truck. The next day 5 different tow truck companies called me from Avis. I told each person where the car was, but they never towed it. Well truth is I don't know. Fast forward to today, the towing company is saying they towed it (the one that Avis hired) but Avis themselves have said they never towed it. They are now accusing us of fraud - which is ridiculous, it's all on the Disney Land parking lot camera - I left the car there and never came back. Long story short - I am happy to announce that I am currently suing Avis - and I recommend everyone to not shop at this dump.

Friendly. They made sure that I got the right vehicle for my trip to Texas. The Grand Cherokee we got was the perfect choice. The office in the back of the facility, just look for the sign.

The two guys at this location, one named Jonathan, refused to give me a vehicle because I booked it online with a discount, then modified that to a lower price. Someone called me and left a VM at the reservation pickup time and said they didn’t have a car for me. They hung up on me multiple times when I called about my rental, then finally put me on extended hold and I could hear them say this is the one that was $470 while I was on hold. He got back on the phone and said there is no car for you, he said my rental was supposed to be $470 and I asked for a supervisor. That’s when the operator/manager, Jonathan, got on the phone asked me about the original price it was booked for. I told him Avis said they have inventory to honor the rental, but Jonathan told me I don’t get a car because I modified the reservation (which lowered the price). Jonathan told me he didn’t care and he wasn’t giving me a car. Both men were extremely unprofessional and I’ve never experienced anything like this, albeit I always rent from an airport, not a little branch run by a dishonest manager/operator. Ultimately, Avis customer service apologized profusely and refunded all fees.

Is it difficult to rent a car with GPS/Bluetooth technology and SiriusXM? Also, is there unlimited mileage within the USA?

Not all vehicles are equipped with bluetooth or Sirius, I always call the rental location to see what they have before making my reservation. Not all rentals have unlimited miles either.
