Hard to rate could be an off day but the majority was good. Had the 3 meat combo. Their tri tip, pork ribs, and spicy chicken got a beef rib on side. Chicken was fantastic and that sauce was just the right amount of kick. Tender and spiced perfectly. Pork ribs were tender and the seasoning was perfect. Didn't even need sauce. Tri-tip was fantastic tender flavorful kind of dry but with their bbq sauce it was good. The beef rib was the worst. Tough, flavor was good could taste garlic but it was super tough. Had to knock a star.
