I placed an order with this company that totaled almost $2,900 at the end of November 2020. Part of that order was 12 tubes of caulking for $145. I did not get around to using the caulking until the beginning of February 2021. When I went to use the caulking, it was solid and unusable. I looked at the date and it had expired before it was even sold to me. I immediately brought the caulking back to BMC. They took it and told me they would call the manufacturer to get a refund. Three weeks and three calls to them (and not a single call from BMC to me) later and I was informed that the manufacturer will not issue BMC a refund so BMC refuses to issue me a refund. We are talking about $145 out of a $2,900 order. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Not to mention the product is drastically cheaper (and not expired) at Home Depot. I highly recommend you avoid BMC at all costs!!
