Edit: Owner replied and tried to say my bad experience happened at the "other center" because I read the associates nametag incorrectly. However, I still have the receipt, so this experience definitely happened at the location off Collins and Lamar, where most of my unpleasant experiences with UPS occur. Easy place to drop of your packages, however its a 50/50 chance you will get a rude associate, so I only tend to go to this location if it is along my route. I have been dropping off packages here for years. Most of the time I drop off the package, the representative asks me if I need a receipt, I answer, then proceed with my day. However sometimes the associate will be rude or has an attitude, so this is easily my least favorite drop off location. Today I was told by an associate that I was dropping off too many packages. I dropped off 6. This have never been an issue before. Then he corrected himself and said the packages were too large. Out of the 6 Boxes, there was only 1 Box that was bigger than the boxes I have used before. The other 5 boxes were sizes that I drop off quite frequently since I get the boxes from my job. Today was the first day where it was an issue. Luckily, the representative told me not to come back with that many packages or packages of that size which I will gladly listen. He gave me the location of the UPS warehouse instead which I will gladly use next time since this is my least favorite UPS drop off point in DFW. Lesson learned today that I pass onto you: If the package is small and you only have 1, its a useable location and the representative customer service is good 50% of the time. If you have multiple or big packages, this UPS is not willing to accept them, so don't bother.

Yes you can. If it is a return select that store or the Whole Foods store next door. Both accept returns.
When you return stuff you should ask for a receipt ... then you track it especially if you may be charged... items get damaged/unsalvageable or lost in transit more than companies admit... sorry for the upfront reply but it is true
