Dropped a package off to this location in July to be returned my card was just charged $80 because they never received the products! Was told that they don’t keep a record of returns.

When you return stuff you should ask for a receipt ... then you track it especially if you may be charged... items get damaged/unsalvageable or lost in transit more than companies admit... sorry for the upfront reply but it is true
