LA Quinta Inn and Suites in Bozeman...Sadly, I will not be back. Lady at the front desk the night we check in was rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Rooms were not the cleanest, pool and hottub did not have towels. I was disappointed with breakfast options as well. Not much AT ALL for plant-based people. Just a whole bunch of unhealthy foods. The biggest reason I will not be back though, was because of the lady at the front desk. LA Quinta in Bozeman...highly recommend customer service training. Would go a long way.

Great room upgrade with fireplace and full kitchen! Pool is wonderful but needs to be a bit warmer. Hot tub is great. Breakfast was fine; nothing bad nothing exceptional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Room was clean, afternoon staff was friendly, management has made a terrible decision to listen to staff. You are only as good as your staff manager. The pool was unusable due to it being cold. I don't care what the thermometer says downstairs, go put your hand in the pool and check, take a temp reading of the pool itself. I will ask about pool conditions at any future stay at any la quinta. Kids were very sad. Thank you management for the disappointment.

We stayed here Thanksgiving Eve night during our cross country drive to Washington. We loved this hotel! It was the cleanest hotel that we stayed at on our drive across the country. The hotel itself is nice and reminds me of a mountain lodge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk was thoughtful and put us on the first floor (room 116) which makes it convenient to get our puppies outside for walking. Pets stay for free. They have multiple pet stations and plenty of grass to walk your puppies. They have treats in the lobby. They have a nice breakfast area. For breakfast, they had biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and I think there might have been sausage, three different cereals, English muffins, bread for toast, bagels, some sort of pastry, waffle maker, oranges, yogurt, and canned juices. Vegan options are limited and we had a plain bagel with jelly and an orange. There is a shop beside the front desk to buy snacks and drinks. The parking lot is not super well lit at night but all of Bozeman doesn't seem super well lit at night so really it is as well lit as anywhere in Bozeman that I saw. There are lots of restaurants nearby and multiple gas stations. It's easy to get on and off of the freeway. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows! There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The water in the shower got hot and had good pressure. The room was a good size. And as I said already, this was the cleanest hotel that we stayed in on our 5 day drive. Also, they have beautiful views of the mountains! We will definitely stay here again on our way back through!

Didn't get one
No charge every time I've stayed there
Yes, though check your destination to see if there really is a discount. If I recall correctly the Bozeman location has one. At this site I recommend asking/demanding a BRIGHT room. Ours was very dark.
