We stayed here twice on different days but on the second visit I had a little problem with the shower handle and the clerk at the front desk took very Great care of us by switching us to a better room and we were able to use the shower. We were extremely happy and comfortable. We had a great night sleep which was just what we needed at the time. Thanks to him and his manager for fixing us up. Great job

I am a long term Spire Elite member and I have never felt the need to review an IHG property before. I loved the upgrade and found the size and layout fantastic! Shower was moldy and the hallway was torn up with a traffic cone marking it. I don’t expect to open my door in the morning and be growled at by a large Dog in the hallway! When my wife called the front desk to complain she was told “this was a dog friendly hotel and we let dogs stay in any room”. People like myself with dog allergies should be made aware of this policy. Later that day I was awoke by a barking dog in the hallway. I was also a bit miffed at the dog poop in the parking lot and on sidewalk!

Excellent hotel! Very clean with comfortable beds and nice down comforter! Thick plush towels and a delightful, delicious breakfast! Staff could not be nicer! The night clerk, Brooks was very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend staying here!

I spent 28 days at this hotel and a king executive suite. It was super clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable, high quality towels and linens. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub were amazing, breakfast was very good with various options. The only complaint I have is the shower is this suite was really strange and oddly shaped and I was awoken at 6am by the horrible noise of snow shoveling outside my window. Lasted about an hour. Not enough to really even mention really.
