Very impressed with overall accommodations. Checking in easy, room with kitchenette clean, gym spacious and great choices at their continental breakfast made for a perfect stay after some extensive yet scenery driving through the Montana Rockies.

Great place to stay! I was in a suite on the third floor. Very quiet, very clean. Friendly staff. Pool is warm, hot tub is hot. Really happy with my stay.

My family has stayed in this hotel twice in the last 9 months. The first stay was great; room was clean, staff was friendly. Based on that good experience, we booked again and this time, our stay was very different. Room had goldfish crackers under the sofa and we found several bugs during our stay. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude when my husband asked for more towels. For the price we paid for our stay, I would expect more in terms of service and cleanliness. Do yourself a favor and take your money anywhere else.

My husband and I were very pleased with our room and the service at the Resident Inn. I really liked the way the room was laid out with an excellent small kitchen, a bedroom off to the side, a comfortable sitting area and a nice, large TV. Being a ground-floor room, it was also convenient for taking care of our dogs...moving them in and out easily. Additionally, it was great having a girl at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay on the way to CA as well as on our return trip.
