Kinda sad. Checked into hotel late. Had issues with room regarding my safety. Reached out to front desk within 1 minute of checking in. Was advised by the response to my comment was “well we are booked so we can’t switch rooms” but completely disregarding the actual concern I’ve called about. When your guest feel unsafe in your hotel, that should be your main issue and focus. Not worrying about moving rooms. When checking out the next morning, 3 days early, I asked front desk if there were notes regarding why I was leaving. I was told no. Tried to advise the person behind the desk, got a simple apology, but again, no one is actually looking into the issue. The next person to stay in that same room has the potential for the same issue. Sadly when asking to speak to management, I was advised o would receive a callback. I was disconnected before they gathered my callback info… so I’m wondering how that is going to work. Won’t be back

Delightful stay. Excellent service at the front desk. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Laundry easily accessible. Great overnight stay and recommended.

The staff. FD MGR Max...incredible. So Friendly, helpful and gave us greetings I've never experienced before House Keeping Mgrs...Naysa, Natanya, Marie Friendly, accommodating and personable. Kitchen Mgr Lisa...so sweet and super organized. Thank you to you all. A few things in room could use some deep cleaning but the staff made up for it. pleasure

Really nice front desk staff. They try to make your stay as pleasant as they can. The king mattress was comfortable, too bad I didn't have enough time for a good night sleep before my early flight! This hotel also offers airport shuttle, 6am to 10 pm. If your flight leaves at 6 am, plan to schedule with lyft or Uber. There are not many drivers around around 4am. Danyell packed a nice to go breakfast. Joe helped with my ride. Thanks All!
