New $10 parking charge. Hotel was clean and breakfast was alright. The rooms are large and it is nice to have the extra sleeper sofa for the family. They sadly keep prices low then upcharge on parking now. The bar only has wine and beer.

We loved everything about this place, service, room, lobby, breakfast. It is one of the best budget hotels we have been to. They have complimentary coffee, tea and hot water in lobby at all times (little things but made us happy). Lobby has farmhouse decor and modern. Definitely trying looking into it.

I've stayed here multiple times and it's always been clean and nice but this time the room was dirty. The shower was dirty had hair in it and the water was cold. For $250 this shouldn't be happening. The floor was disgusting as well. Bozeman as a whole had become dirty, it's own little armpit. Driving in from the airport the litter along the interstate is foul and so thick. Downtown has nothing but tourist shops with the same knick nack garbage. It's really sad how downhill Bozeman and the motels have gone.

I've stayed here a few times, and the first time it was super clean and comfy. This time around, it wasn't as clean. Seems like maybe it could use some remodeling and updating too. The staff however, has always been fantastic - super helpful and friendly. Always welcome us with a smile and have resolved any issues we've ever had during our stays.
