I’ve used Discount Tire many times. I went to the Richardson store for the first time since it was close to work. Big mistake. I feel like I was lied too and misled on what I actually needed. I was falsely told I needed a tire replacement and had no warranty. After consulting the Discount Tire in Garland, I was told that not only did I not need the tire replacement but it was in fact still under warranty. I was also told the tread depth at the Richardson store and the Garland store told me it was inaccurate. I will not visit the Richardson store again. Garland store was able to correct this, saved me $200, and the customer service was excellent.
