They took 2 days to do an oil change that they never did, and when I called them over, and over again they didn’t answer their phone… when I finally showed up in person they had police there questioning people for what I honestly don’t know, but this has by far been the worst place I have ever taken my car.. please don’t take your car here..the worst experience I have ever had. The old management was far and away better.. wished I could give it zero stars

Made an appointment to bring my 435i in for diagnostics. After waiting almost a week, showed up at the scheduled time of 9am on Friday and found the business closed due to "short staff". Wasted an hour of my time driving there and back. They had my contact information but did not bother to inform me in advance that they would not be open. I also found it an interesting coincidence that this was the Friday before the July 4th holiday weekend. When I tried calling them, I got an outdated voicemail greeting about the inclement weather in January and to please leave a voicemail, which was of course impossible because their mailbox was full. A business that does not respect their customer's time does not deserve my money. This will be my first and LAST time dealing with this shop.

The staff are rude and dismissive. They told me it would only take 2 days however it turned into a week. I called various times and told they were looking at it. I went to go pick it up since after 7 days. Turns out they even lied about looking at it. Don’t recommend. Horrible. Follow up: Got into contact with the owner and they were so understanding and professional about the situation. Issue was with staff communication. I received an estimate and got taken care off. I would come again.
